Meet our team

The people behind Barriers in Motion.

Katherine (Katie) Churly is a Child and Youth worker and Developmental Service Professional with over 30 years experience supporting children, youth and adults with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. Rick Gamble has over 20 years experience with children and seniors with Alzheimers and over 35 years in transportation.                  Both Katie and Rick are passionate about community inclusion, independence and creating meaningful opportunities for everyone to participate, connect and thrive.
